Winery Roots: 1 is based in the Colchagua Valley in Chilean wine country, focusing on four varietals: Cabernet, Carmenére, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. The winery's image is based around their old vines that have not been grafted like many other wineries, hoping to prove that a wine's character comes from its roots.
