Ravanal Carmenére

Chilean Carmenéres certainly have a distinctive flavor, but this 2006 Carmenére is not the best Chile has to offer. Harsh, unbalanced, and acidic come to mind when tasting this wine, and with so many other incredible wines coming out of South America, it wasn't one I'd buy again.
