Montes, classic series

For its price, this is a great wine from one of my favorite wineries, Montes. Malbec traditionally comes from Argentine producers, but this Chilean winery certainly competes well with its neighbor.

Simple and smooth, this Malbec had some great dark fruit flavors with a hint of oak. It could certainly accompany a steak or be sipped alone enjoying the company of some friends.
