Deseado de Familia Schroeder

This bright, fresh wine is a sparkling wine made from Torrontés grapes. Contrary to most wines made from Torrontés, Deseado is overly sweet, taking away from the refreshing quality typical to the varietal. When Spanish cavas are so well-priced, it's hard to justify the price of this espumante.
